 Return & Refund Policy – International Bazzar BD

At International Bazzar BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return policy.


 1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • You request the return within 7 days of delivery.


? Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer mishandling.

  • Items without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, undergarments, etc.

  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.


 2. Return Process

  1. Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.

  2. Click “Request Return” and choose a reason.

  3. We’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to drop off at a designated point.

  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 3. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your:

  • bKash/Nagad wallet

  • Bank account

  • Or as store credit/voucher, based on your preference


❗ 4. Important Notes

  • We may ask for product photos or videos to verify the issue.

  • Repeated return abuse may result in account review or restriction.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after returned product inspection.


 5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we bear full return cost.

  • If customer changes mind (not a product issue), return shipping may be deducted.
